God Bless Your Sunday

CHARITY

Charity is healing, transforming balm ~ bestowed by the Father, applied by the Holy Ghost, to true followers of the Son ~ that will change our very nature as it purifies us. Charity is not an emotion or action. It is not something we feel or do. Charity is who the Savior is. It is His most defining and dominant attribute.

No good cardboard box should go wasted.

It isn't about the boxes.....it's the contents make us laugh.

Babies are God's opinion that Life should go on.

Connie, we are so glad that you are being induced on Tuesday! Although, we must say, you look ravishing for a woman who is ready to pop!

Jean Louise

You can tell it is time for Spring when the cat takes an interest in the TV. Actually, this was an episode of the Dog Whisperer. Scout was learning something from Ceasar. Or was it the dog?

Beagles Win!

If you missed the Westminster Dog Show (what makes me think that you did?) here is the winner. A BEAGLE!! First time ever. His name is Uno and he is a fine specimen of a dog. They are judged against their own bred standard and he is tops. Everyone was betting on him and he did the job.

Ok, I know I don't have Maggie anymore. I figured this whole thing out about dogs, I love everything about dogs except owning one. Anyway, Congraduations Uno.

Thomas S. Monson

Aren't you just amazed at the character of a truly righteous man? I am glad to know we have a living prophet on the earth and I am glad to have access to his counsel. I wonder what Pres. Monson's presidency will highlight? For me, he is at his best when he is giving that gentle service to so many, particularly the elderly. Maybe he will stress that. Or maybe he will continue the legacy of Pres. Hinckley concerning our attitude toward life and that would be a positive meaningful life. He might even encourage us to read. He is so well read and has that wonderful memory.

"LOVE THY NEIGHBOR IS A PATTERN FOR PERFECTION."
Thomas S. Monson

Punksatony Phil would be pleased.

What a storm! We started the morning with 8 new inches and before 3:00 pm it was up to 18 inches. It has been a beautiful day. The two pictures of the sheds are around 9:00 am and again at 3:00 pm. The spruce trees are just laden with snow. The whole thing reminds me of Dr. Zhivago.
